Fish Oil For Joint Pain

Most
of people over 35 years in the U.S. experience at least one
temporary joint pain or stiffness. And it has been
estimated that as several as 70 million Americans - or about
one in three - have some form of arthritis or joint pain.
This affecting their  the quality of life and is a major reason of
physician visits and lost period from work.
It is the full of acidity forming foods combinations, refined
carbohydrates and processed "food" - all things that raise
acidity in the your body
and lead to inflammation anywhere -
joints are included.
But there is another relative not known factor which is a
Important cause of joint pain and stiffness .

A lack of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
The typical of American consume only about 20% (one fifth)
Omega-3 is our grandparents consumed 100 years
ago. And we knows it from head to toe.
There are 2 significant causes of this:
: Processed foods is changing naturally occurring omega-3 fatty acids
in the artery clogging trans fats.
: The animals are bred for our meat of supply is not
are fed omega-3 rich foods the once were foods. So
it is not in the meat people eat.
And even worse, several people are overloaded with Omega-6
fatty acids, because of our diet of refined grains, vegetable
oils and meat from corn-are fed animals.
There must be a delicate balancing between Omega-6 and
Omega-3 found in your body. When they work together in
about a 5:1 ratio, the actual fighting inflammation
.
But most of the people have a ratio of 10:1 or worse. People
eating lots of processed foods have a ratio of up to 50:1
.
This perverse imbalance of omega fatty acids, the
Anti-inflammatory system in our body can not and
function.
