The healing reflux and Barrett's esophagus

What is Barrett's esophagus?
Barrett's esophagus is a condition in which color and type of cells lining your lower esophagus changing, becoming more as the inside of your intestines instead
This is often the result of repeated exposure to the stomach acid - in other words, acid reflux or GERD. Obesity (especially around the abdomen) can also is a risk factor.
Barrett's esophagus symptoms are mostly related to acid reflux /GERD and include:
: Frequent heart burn
: Trouble swallowing food
: Frequent a sore throat, especially in the morning
: Breast pain
: Black, tarry stools
: Vomiting of blood
This is also possible to have no symptoms at all
Can be extremely dangerous because people with Barrett's esophagus have an increased risk of development. Esophageal adenocarcinoma - the most common cancer in the United States is rapidly increasing.

Barrett's esophagus and cancer
Cancer occurs when the level of violence can result in loss of your esophagus.
The surgical is called an esophagectomy. This includes cutting the esophagus and the upper part of the stomach. A portion of the stomach is then pulled into the chest and the rest of undiseased part of the esophagus.
Possible complication of esophagectomy include problems breathing, increased risk of dangerous infections lowered immune system, damage your larynx (voice box), swallowing difficulties and frequent vomiting.
People who have it are, to think that they avoid spicy foods and tomato , and taking acid reducing drugs for life (the typical medical protocol) .
But this is not correct.
You must not give up, have spicy foods or tomatoes – you will see just a moment that these foods are really good for you.
Acid reducers to Barrett's esophagus worse - not a better!

Why acid reducing drugs make Barrett's esophagus worse
The most commonly "treatment" acid reflux / GERD is acid-reducing drugs - PPIs (Nexium, "the purple pill" Prilosec or Prevacid) or H2 blockers (such as Zantac, Pepcid orTagamet).
But these medicines, believe it or not, actually making the acid problem worse.
PPIs and H2 blockers "work" by stopping the secretion acid in your stomach.
The acid enzyme needed to digest protein. So when your stomach acid when you eat protein. (Such as meat or cheese), it works , and it should not be interfered with.
But that is exactly what drugs does.
And while they will stop some discomfort (right food stops pain too), drugs also stops the stomach from doing what it has to do to properly digest your food.
That a result, your digestive slow down and even stopped.
Your stomach senses these and try to secrete more acid to get the digestive process again, but it eventually stopped again by drugs .
This cycle can last for 8-10 hours or longer and results in a lump of poorly digestible, putrefied food sloshing around with acids in the stomach.

The safe, effective approach
If you want to minimize your chances of developing Barrett's esophagus (or prevent it from getting worse if you already have it) you must do only one thing
Ensure that your digestive is effective!
When your digestive is done thoroughly and complete, there's no rotting mass of food or acid to rise into your throat.
Other words, you will eliminate the source of Barrett's (and acid reflux / GERD)!
This can be done in two easy steps:

1 - Through Your Diet
That means that replacing some acid which creates food and meals that cause this mess and replacing them with some alkaline foods and combinations of the foods that digest quickly and naturally, with just right amount stomach acid - not be too much.
Notice that alkaline foods contain spices and tomatoes - they are actually well for you and your system. Do not doubt me.
And note that even the best and most nutritious foods can be acid-forming to your body if they eating with other foods which require opposite (on the pH scale) the digestive enzymes. It is not just the foods you eat that counts - it's what you eat together as the biggest problem.
Do it fault and the food sits in your stomach for hours and the acid comes up the esophagus.
If you're not sure where to start . Just follow this advice like people all over the world have.
The Great Taste No Pain system will show you step by easy step exactly what to do.

2- With probiotic supplementation
The beneficial bacteria in the intestines (your probiotics) not only represents 80% of your immune system, but They will also help digest your foods.
Problem is that things like refined carbohydrates, environmental pollutants, especially acid-reducing medications can upset your gut flora and cause exactly the fault state to occur - harmful bacteria overgrowth.
